AC HiVeg™ Broth is recommended for cultivation of common aerobes and sterility testing of solutions and biological products without mercurial preservatives. This medium is used for early and luxuriant growth of aerobic, anaerobic and microaerophilic microorganisms, For isolation and cultivation of many pathogenic and saprophytic aerobes, for sterility testing of solutions and biological products not containing mercurial preservatives. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
