Bacillus Cereus HiVeg™ Agar Base is used as a selective medium for isolation, detection and enumeration of Bacillus cereus from food and clinical samples. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
