1 M Sodium Phosphate Buffer pH 7 is a commonly used buffer prepared by mixing sodium phosphate monobasic and sodium phosphate dibasic in a fixed ratio to obtain the desired pH and strength. This solution is extensively used for dilution and washing during various biological applications as it maintains the physiological pH and osmolarity.
