HiPurA® Fast Unik Western blotting Buffers are used for the immunodetection during Western blotting. This buffer acts as a all-in-one buffer that allows blocking of non-specific binding of antibodies by binding to any open protein binding sites and simultaneously allows the interaction of specific primary and secondary antibody for detection of specific protein of interest with no additional blocking step. It allows immunodetection to be performed in one step. It is provided with 10X wash buffer. Any primary and respective secondary antibody can be used with this buffer.
