TNT Buffer
TNT Buffer is widely used in molecular biology. It is a mixture of Tris-Cl, Sodium chloride and Tween-20® . This solution is a sterile-filtered, pre-mixed solution. The relatively high salt concentration makes this buffer particularly well-suited for immunohistochemical staining methods that require very thorough washing and for several in situ hybridization procedures.
