6M Guanidine HCl
6M Guanidine HCl solution is a ready to use solution which can be easily diluted and pH adjusted to any concentration below 6M. When proteins are expressed in bacterial systems they precipitate inside the cells in inclusion bodies. Guanidine hydrochloride dissolves these inclusion bodies and releases the proteins into solution. Finally, the proteins are refolded to their active form by removal of the Guanidine hydrochloride by dialysis.

This solution is in 6M concentration with pre-adjusted pH which can used as a stock solutio to prepare lower concentration solutions.
