HiPurA® DNase I Ultra
Deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I) is an endonuclease enzyme that specifically cleaves DNA by hydrolyzing phosphodiester linkages within DNA strands, thereby breaking them into smaller fragments. DNase I primarily acts on double‐stranded DNA (dsDNA), although it can also digest single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) to some extent. The DNase is subsequently removed during the wash steps.
