Recommended for magnetic separation of magnetic beads in the sample for purification of nucleic acids.
Introduction
The HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand is a magnetic separation rack which can be very conveniently used for purification of nucleic acids using magnetic beads. The HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand is designed for handling 20 tubes at a time. The HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand can hold tubes for sample volume of up to 2ml. The stand is compatible for use with solutions containing ethanol or isopropanol.
Storage conditions:
The HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand can be stored at Room temperature (15‐25°C).
Directions for use:
Add sample to a new Collection Tube (1.5 – 2.0 ml).
Add reagents as per the requirement to the sample. Mix by vortexing.
Place the tube in the hole provided on the HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand. After few minutes the magnetic beads will get attracted to the magnet fixed on the HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand and form a pellet. Remove the supernatant with the help of a pipette and discard. Remove the tube from the hole of the HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand.
Add reagents to the sample. Mix by vortexing. Repeat step 3 until you get purified nucleic acid.
Cleaning:
The HiPurA® 20 Tube Magnetic Stand can be cleaned with laboratory disinfectants.

Not for Medicinal Use. Read the procedure carefully. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Follow good clinical laboratory practices while handling clinical samples. Standard precautions should be followed as per established guidelines. Safety guidelines may be referred in safety data sheets of the product.
Take appropriate laboratory safety measures and wear gloves when handling. Not compatible with disinfecting agents containing bleach. Please refer the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for information regarding hazards and safe handling practices.
