Streptavidin-HRP conjugate consists of streptavidin protein that is covalently conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme (RZ > 3.0). Streptavidin binds to biotin and the conjugated HRP provides enzyme activity for detection using an appropriate substrate system. This particular product has been used primarily in sandwich ELISA applications to provide consistent measurement of biotinylated detection antibodies. The product is in PBS containing BSA, glycerol and 0.1% proclin as preservative.
