HiMelanoXLTM Melanocyte Expansion Medium is designed for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Adult Epithelial Melanocytes (HAEM) and Human Epidermal Melanocytes (HEM) from Juvenile Foreskin. It contains basal medium (Part A) and Melanocyte Growth Supplement (Part B).
HiMelanoXLTM Melanocyte Expansion Medium is designed for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Adult Epithelial Melanocytes (HAEM) and Human Epidermal Melanocytes (HEM) from Juvenile Foreskin. It contains basal medium (Part A) and Melanocyte Growth Supplement (Part B). Part A consists of inorganic, organic salts, amino acids, vitamins and sodium bicarbonate. Part B consists of 0.5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), growth factors and nutrients necessary for growth of epidermal melanocytes.
