Assay Diluent Buffer is made of high-quality BSA that is useful for diluting Primary antibody, secondary antibody and some detection reagent to reduce non-specific binding. An optimal Diluent buffer maximizes the signal-to-noise ratio and does not react with the antibodies or target protein.

The Antibody diluent buffer helps to improve the sensitivity of the assay by eliminating the non nonspecific binding of the antibodies and improving the signal-to-noise ratio. Diluent Buffer is a readyto-use solution which can be used for diluting antibodies or detection reagent in Western blot, ELISA, IHC and nucleic acid detection methods. It does not disrupt the binding of assay components that have been adsorbed to the well. Also do not possess enzymatic activity that
might contribute to signal generation of the substrate or degradation of the reactants.
