The Insta Q 96- 6.0 is a 6-plex Real Time thermal cycler with 96 well capacity, that is supported by individual LED excitation source and PMT detectors, gradient PCR feature and integrated data analysis software. It also includes software for relative quantification, HRM and SNP assays. Insta Q96® - 6.0 is a multi channel diagnostic system capable of detecting six different fluorescent dyes in a single reaction. This Real Time PCR unit provides expanded Optical Detection via its Fluorescence Channel for a Molecular Quantitative PCR Assay.
The Insta Q 96 Plus Real Time PCR Systems (96 wells & 5 channel) are a fully integrated quantitative PCR amplification, detection and data analysis platform. The latest design combines a thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with individual LED excitation source and an intuitive data analysis software. The Gradient Feature aids in easy assay optimization. The system comes with 6 fluorescent detection channels for setting up multiplex PCR assays. To get accurate results, the Robotic Arm Scans Individual Well which Eliminates the use of Passive Reference Dye - ROX dye. This instrument is capable of performing yes/no assays, pathogen detection, gene quantification, SNP analysis and HRM assays.
