Hi‐PCR® H5N1 Flu Probe PCR Kit

Hi-PCR® H5N1 FLU Multiplex Probe PCR Kit, a multiplex Probe PCR Kit, is based on the principle of realtime PCR. The technique is designed to amplify targeted nucleic acid sequences using hydrolysis probes that are short oligonucleotides with a fluorescent reporter dye attached to the 5' end and a quencher dye to the 3' end. Hi-PCR® H5N1 FLU Multiplex Probe PCR Kit allows simultaneous detection of H5N1 targets - Hemagglutinin (HA) and Neuraminidase (NA) and generic influenza A (Inf A) in a one‐tube assay format. The assay includes primers and probes specific for Hemagglutinin (HA), Neuraminidase (NA), and Generic Influenza A (Inf A), with probes labeled with FAM, JOE, and CY5 fluorophores, respectively. Additionally, the kit incorporates an exogenous internal control (IC) amplification system (probe labelled with fluorophore ROX) to ensure efficient PCR amplification.
